He enjoys music and plays the drums.

Doug has also spent many years competing in moto-trials reaching an expert level; motocross, enduro and SCCA car racing tallying many regional victories and one national win at Road America. Other activities include hockey and music. At one point Doug was producing and hosting a local TV show on cycling that was called "Throttle Down."
More recently Doug has spent time developing afterschool programs that use bikes to promote healthy living and teach the value of STEAM concepts (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math)
And of course teaching Ian and Sean everything they know.....
